酒店整體不錯！位置離到尚泰百貨不遠，環境舒適，早餐好吃，泳池和健身房小巧。每日打掃衞生的員工非常敬業，衞生滿意。另外kee、aim、meau服務態度好。

每次來Pattaya 都系住Amber，貪佢地點方便，又系條巷仔入面，所以相對比較寧靜d，夜晚唔會俾d車同音樂嘈醒先，所以絕對推介可以選擇。

This hotel never fails. Clean, new, big, comfortable, respectful, always with a smile. I liked that now they have a golf cart that takes you to the mall — they didn’t have that a few years ago. Too bad I came during the season when they’re fixing the pool; I could only enjoy it a few days, but they offered another option. You can’t go wrong. You come to party, but want a place where you can also enjoy peace and quiet — with all the comforts, cleanliness, and everything it should be — this is the place. No way to miss here. The only thing I didn’t like is that if you order a Grab motorbike, you can’t get picked up inside the hotel. The motorbike drivers outside don’t allow it. And when I asked about it, they just said, “No, we can’t do anything, that’s their issue.” So they can’t make decisions inside the hotel property. That felt a bit off to me.

酒店房間應該是剛翻新過，現在住進去還是比較新的，不過質感不是特別好，地板像那種貼上去的，不過影響不大。這個酒店確實是用“鬧中取靜”來形容再準確不過，離那個街實在是太太太近了，出門我不太好意思??

Nice stay not far from Bukhao. Pool area is cool, but you apparently have to ask them to turn on the jacuzzi jets and when I did they didn’t. Desk in the bedroom was hanging at angle and will soon need repair. Comfy bed. Strong shower

今回で3回目の宿泊です。場所もツリータウンまで徒歩2.3分なのでソンテウもすぐ捕まえられるしコンビニも飲食店も近いのでとても便利です！ホテル自體も新しめなのでロビーも部屋も綺麗で居心地が良いです。は外の音がうるさくて眠れない等は全くないですしお湯もしっかり出て水圧もバッチリ！！今回2泊したうち2日目の夕方から日本のチャンネルのみテレビが映らなくなってしまいそこだけ少し殘念でした。(チェックアウトまで直らず??) ウェルカムドリンクのホットティーとバタフライライムソーダ???? またリピートします！

Отель очень понравился. Все новое и чистое. Удобные кровати, белоснежное постельное и полотенца. В ванной есть одноразовые щётки, шапочки для душа и ватные палочки. Завтраки великолепные, чего только нет, за 5 дней не попробовала всего предоставленного, плюс блюда менялись. Персонал отзывчивый на любую просьбу. В отеле при заселении дали купоны на приветственный напиток, который можно получить в баре на бассейне, там есть как безалкогольные так и алкогольные коктели. Каждый час на шатл басе отеля можно уехать то ТЦ Терминал 21 и Фестиваль. После этого отеля заехали в 5* на Джомтьене, прямо хуже на порядок. Отель отличный, рекомендую.
